The Visitor Journey Dashboard

Once you have logged in to your TruConversion account, the vertical right menu bar will show you your toolkit:

Clicking on Visitor Journey will bring you to the Visitor Journey Dashboard:

From the Dashboard you can:

  • See all your Visitor Journeys: active and archived

    • active-archive

  • See some basic information for all Visitor Journeys: Name, Survey Page link/Invitation page URL, number of views/responses, timing

  • Edit, duplicate, archive or delete Visitor Journeyedit-archive
    Please Remember: Once deleted any campaign, you will lose all associated data and will not be able to recover it. TruConvesion will immediately delete all the data from its data server.
  • Create new Visitor Journey

  • See Visitor Journey report by clicking on the View Report button
