How do Form Analytics work?
When a visitor comes to fill a form, TruConversion starts a timer enabled by Javascript. This timer runs as long as the visitor stays on the form, suggesting the total time taken to fill a form. This timer also calculates the time spent in each field, measured through clicks as the user moves from one field to the next. Hesitation is also detected by measuring how frequently a user uses backspace in a particular field.
In addition, dropoffs, and wrong entries and blank fields in terms of unsuccessful submissions are also detected.
