Failed Payments

In the case of failed payments, TruConversion tries 3 times before giving-up for failed payment in subsequent 10 days, after first attempt. During this process, the users are kept informed via email.

In case we the payment still fails and TruConversion is unable to charge your credit card in 10 (this may change we can update) days, the user account will be in suspended. The user will then be asked to either update payment method or downgrade to starter plan which is free.
