How to use Filtration

The “Filters” feature is useful for sorting through large amounts of results. This allows you to find the precise results you are interested in viewing without manually searching through a list of potentially thousands of responses.

Filters can be set by selecting appropriate Responses Attributes such as:

  • Date Range – Only show data made on a specific day or between two dates.
  • Browser – Only shows results that is equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the selected browser.
  • Browser Version – Only shows results that come from between, less than, equal, greater than the selected browser version.
  • Operating System – Only shows results that come from the selected operation system.
  • Operating System Version – Only shows responses that come between, less than, equal, greater than the selected Operation System
    Version.
  • Country – Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the selected Country.
  • City – Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the selected City.
  • Locale -Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the selected Language.
  • Device – Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the selected Device.
  • Screen Width – Only shows results that come between, less than, equal, greater than the given Screen Width.
  • Screen Height -Only shows results that come between, less than, equal, greater than the given Screen Height.
  • Search Engine -Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the selected Device.
  • Search Keywords – Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the given Search Keywords.
  • Events (Only available in Recordings Filter) – Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the given event name.
  • Tags (Only available in Recordings Filter) – Only shows results that come equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain the given tag.
  • Session Length (Only available in Recordings Filter) – Only shows results that come between given time.

You can add filter by pressing “Add Filter”. If you want to remove filter from list press delete icon. Filter will not be effective until you press “Apply”.

Remember : By default TruConversion shows you last 30 days results. So don’t be panic with responses count. Select date range and “Apply”.
