How can I renew my existing payment plan after it expires?
If your payment plan expires or you haven’t provided your payment information, your account will be locked and data collection stops for any active campaigns you may have.
Upon login, you will be prompted to provide payment information. You will need to update your payment option. You can do that through:
- Click on the button “Continue with professional Plan” this message will be according to your plan. This will process your payment and dashboard will be available for further data collection. In case your payment is failed then you need to add your payment details.
